Short clips — seconds to a few minutes (tripod/copy-stand, drawings, slideshows, screen captures). Frame-by-frame scanning runs in the browser and is slower than native tools, so trim long material first.

Can I get the cut points in Avid or Premiere?

Yes — export the change timecodes as an Avid markers TXT, a CSV, or an EDL and import them into your NLE. These are change points/markers for review, not a conformed AAF.
